The 1st Major of the Season, The Duckhook Masters took place at Copperleaf on Friday the 5th of April.

After 3 months of Qualifying (Jan to March) 44 of the Top Duckhook Golfers collected enough ranking points to earn the right to Tee it up at the 1st Major of the Season.

After 18 Holes at Copperleaf, 4 players completed their rounds on Even Par to force a play-off. Ian Holtzhausen, Frikkie Barnard, Riaad Isaacs and Leon Oosthuizen went into sudden death holes and the 4 players could still not be separated and went into to an 18 Hole Player off at Waterkloof during the Sunday#1 League.

Ian Holtzhausen lead the way and secured his 1st Major Title after scoring the most I.S point.

Congratulations to Ian as he also earns 850 player ranking points and a wedge from Cleveland golf.
