The 2019 Sunday League Season was be Bigger and Better! The 4th edition of the Sunday League will consisted of 12 Monthly Events, with each Event played at a different Golf Club around Gauteng, giving Golfers the opportunity to apply their skills at a new challenging course against a large field of Social League players.
The Format for all League Events is Individual Stableford. Players are required to collect as many I.S points over the 12 events in the quest to become the 2019 Sunday League Champion come the Final event of the Season at Blue Valley Golf Estate!
Dhana Perumal became the 2019 Sunday League Champion at Eagle Canyon after accumulating 405 Individual Stableford points at an average of 34,18. Dhana completes his season with 6 Top 10 Finishes and a best finishing of 2nd at Germiston in August. Dhana Perumal walks away with a 2 Night Golf Tour for 8 players to the Magnificent Nkonyeni Residential and Golf Estate.
2nd Place Dean Sherman push Dhana to the 2nd last hole of the Season to complete his season 5 point behind the Champion on 400 points at and average of 33,00.
Defending 2018 Sunday League Champion Richards Stewart and Danie Geldenhuys finished in a tie for 3rd on 391 points.
