The Singles Match Play Tournament features for the 8th Edition in the 2023 Season to find the best Duckhook Match Play Golfer over the entire season.
The format of the Singles Match Play changes from Season to Season to accommodate the amount of player entries.
The 2023 Season will have 3 players make up 11 pools to play a round robin group stage. The Top 2 players with the most points will progress to the Knockout Stages.

Match Play Format
- The Knockout will be a Match Play format.
- Lowest Handicapped player with move down to Scratch.
- The most Stableford points scored on each hole will determine the winner of the hole.
- The hole must be won outright. If a player gets no points, the other player must make a point to win the hole.
Points and Event of a Tie
- Group Stage – The winner of the Match will receive 3 points.
- Group Stage – In the event of the Match ending in a Tie after 18 holes, each player will receive on 1 point.
- Group Stage – Points difference will separate players in the event of the same points to go through to the Knockout Stage.
- Knockout Stage – Top 2 points earning players progress to the Knockout Stage.
- Knockout Stage – In the event of a tie the Stroke 1 count-back rule will come into play. The player who scored the most on the stroke 1 will win, if the points are tied then count-back will continue to Stroke 2, 3, 4 and so on.
