Online Bookings

The Duckhook Booking Portal allows you to book all your Competitive Tournaments easily.

Bookings at: https://bookings.duckhookgolfers.co.za/

The Bookings portal allows you to book with your free rounds, Credits earned at Tournament or via Credit Card. Even Top up your credits to use as a wallet.

It is also possible to cancel your bookings and the round will be refunded into your Profile to use for another Tournament.

I NEED ONLINE CONFIRMATION

Payment
All categories of Members and Non Loyalty Members have been pre-loaded.
When booking the Cost per player will automatically reflect.
Payment will have to be made to secure your booking

Free Rounds
Members with Free rounds can book and the round will be processed without payment as a ‘Comp’.
*NB*
If a player has used his free rounds and then decides to enter the cheaper event at a later stage, the previous booking will be cancelled in order for the player to re-book and make payment.

Refunds
All bookings will be refunded outside of 48 hours
Once inside the 48 hour window, no refunds will be allowed.

Altering Bookings
Bookings can be adjusted on the App. If you need assistance please email the relevant address for changes.

Regulars List
The Regulars list has fallen away. All Players will have to book online for each event they wish to play in.
