Online Bookings

We are excited to announce that all Duckhook Golfers League Events will use an Online Bookings System as from NOW!

Why an online Booking System?
In the quest to continue growing and improving our offering it has become a necessity to move our booking operation onto an efficient online Bookings platform.

How do I Book?
Booking is easy, when the event is active simply log onto the Duckhook webpage, Click on the Book Tee Times ‘Button’ find the DHG Event date, book your tee off time.
The Booking link will be found on all email correspondence and on the Website.

Username and Password
Request a special User and Password
If you do not receive confirmation please let us know to double check your email address.

Loyalty Members with Free Rounds who play both Thursday and Sunday Leagues are required to book and Pay for the more expensive round before their Free Round can be allocated.

I NEED ONLINE CONFIRMATION

Payment
All categories of Members and Non Loyalty Members have been pre-loaded.
When booking the Cost per player will automatically reflect.
Payment will have to be made to secure your booking

Free Rounds
Members with Free rounds can book and the round will be processed without payment as a ‘Comp’.
*NB*
If a player has used his free rounds and then decides to enter the cheaper event at a later stage, the previous booking will be cancelled in order for the player to re-book and make payment.

Refunds
All bookings will be refunded outside of 48 hours
Once inside the 48 hour window, no refunds will be allowed.

Altering Bookings
Bookings can be adjusted on the App. If you need assistance please email the relevant address for changes.

Regulars List
The Regulars list has fallen away. All Players will have to book online for each event they wish to play in.
